Kính thưa quý vị,

Trong những ngày qua, cuộc tuần hành ủng hộ TT Trump tại Washington DC vào ngày 6/1/2021 đã bị lên án là một cuộc bạo loạn do TT Trump kích động.

Như thường lệ, thành phần lên án TT Trump và những người ủng hộ ông Trump, nói chung là truyền thông cánh tả, Big Tech, đảng Dân Chủ, nhóm RINO trong đảng Cộng Hòa, và nói riêng là truyền thông ủng hộ Biden, ủng hộ đảng Dân Chủ của một số ngưòi Việt hải ngoại.

Sự lên án này đã được Hạ Viện do đảng Dân Chủ nắm đa số lập tức vịn vào đó như một cơ hội bằng vàng để tiến hành một cuộc luận tội thứ hai đối với TT Trump, cho dù đã biết rất rõ cuộc luận tội này sẽ không đi tới đâu!

Cũng vẫn như thường lệ, thành phấn chống & ghét Trump, họ lên án mà không cần sự kiểm chứng, không qua một cuộc điều tra, không đợi kết quả điều tra của FBI.

TT Trump và những người ủng hộ ông không được hưởng cái quyền Được Xem Là Vô Tội Cho Đến Khi Có Bằng Chứng Phạm Tội, vốn là nền tảng của luật pháp trong một quốc gia Dân Chủ. Những người tuần hành ôn hòa bị họ cố tình đánh đồng với những phần tử gây bạo loạn tại Điện Capitol, là những người đã bị FBI bắt giữ và đang bị điều tra.

Đây không phải là lối hành xử văn minh của một quốc gia Tự Do Dân Chủ, mà là lối hành xử rừng rú của một xứ Cộng Hòa Củ Chuối (Banana Republic) hay của một Quốc Gia Khỉ Đột (Nation of the Apes).

Đáng sợ và đáng kinh tởm hơn hết là Hạ Viện do đảng Dân Chủ nắm đa số đã tiến hành cuộc luận tội TT Trump một cách vội vã, và được ông nhà báo Phạm Trần mô tả: Đây là phiên họp luận tội một Tổng thống ngắn nhất trong lịch sử Mỹ, vì bằng chứng can dự của ông Trump đã rõ rệt không cần các cuộc điều tra hay điều trần của các nhân chứng.

Nói rằng rất đáng sợ và đáng kinh tởm, bởi vì những vị đại diện cho dân ở một quốc gia đứng đầu thế giới về Nhân Quyền và Dân Quyền lại xem thường và chà đạp lên nền tảng Dân Chủ, ngồi xổm lên Tu Chính Án Thứ Nhất một cách ngang nhiên.

Nhưng tới thời điểm này, cuộc điều tra của FBI cho thấy người kích động bạo loạn tại Điện Capitol là ai và thuộc phe cánh nào khi cái tên John Sullivan được công bố!

Rất sáng tỏ, tài liệu cho biết John Sullivan không phải là một người ủng hộ TT Trump, hắn là người thuộc cánh tả, hoạt động cho tổ chức Black Live Matter. Công việc của hắn trà trộn vào hàng ngũ những người ủng hộ TT Trump để kích động bạo loạn tại Điện Capitol vào ngày 6/1/2021 nhằm mục đích gì, thì một người  bình thường cũng có thể nhìn thấy.

– Bây giờ thì sương mù chiến tranh lắng xuống ở thủ đô Washington, tuy nhiên các chi tiết nổi lên từ cuộc tấn công vào Điện Capitol đã không được báo cáo chính xác ngay sau đó – như chúng thường hiếm khi xảy ra. Trong khi các bản tin phủ nhận không có bất kỳ người chống biểu tình (counter- protestors) nào có liên quan đến bạo lực tại Điện Capitol, thì một vụ bắt giữ đã cho thấy có ít nhất một nhà hoạt động cánh tả tích cực của BLM đã lãnh đạo và khuyến khích hành vi phá hoại vào ngày 6 tháng 1.

As the mob pushed through barricades towards the Capitol, Sullivan was heard shouting: “We accomplished this s**t. We did this together. F**k yeah! We are all a part of this history,” and “Let’s burn this s**t down.”

Sullivan also filmed himself assisting those who were climbing up walls to get to the plaza just outside the Capitol Building entrance, telling them “You guys are f*****g savage. Let’s go!”

Trước khi bước vào tòa nhà Capitol, có thể thấy Sullivan đang sử dụng micrô để nói chuyện với đám đông bên ngoài và hét lên “chúng ta sắp thiêu rụi cái thứ này” trước khi dẫn đầu đám đông trong một bài ca tụng “đã đến lúc làm một cuộc cách mạng”, FBI Đặc vụ Matthew Foulger nói trong một bản tuyên thệ.

Sullivan cũng quay cảnh mình hỗ trợ những người đang trèo lên tường để đến quảng trường ngay bên ngoài lối vào của Tòa nhà Capitol, nói với họ “Các bạn thật là dã man. Đi nào!”

 Là một người Mỹ gốc Việt tham gia cuộc tuần hành ôn hòa ngày 6/1/2021,

tôi đã chứng cuộc tuần hành ôn hòa với số người tham gia ước lượng trên dưới 1 triệu , nhưng tuyệt nhiên không có hành vi bạo động, đốt phá nào xảy ra.

Tôi cũng đã nghe TT Trump nói chuyện với những người ủng hộ ông, tuyệt nhiên không có một lời kích động mà chỉ kêu gọi nên tuần hành đến Capitol trong ôn hòa với thái độ của những người yêu nước để tiếng nói của chúng tôi được Quốc Hội lắng nghe!

Xin  những người lên án chúng tôi làm ơn trả lời những câu hỏi sau đây:

– Tại sao cảnh sát chìa tay mời những người tuần hành đi vào sân Điện Capitol?

– Tại sao cảnh sát mở cửa và nhường bước để họ tiến vào bên trong Điện Capitol và đi lại một cách tự do?

– Những người bạo loạn bị bắt giữ, họ là người da trắng, da đen, da vàng hay da đỏ?

– Có người Việt Nam cầm Cờ Vàng nào bị bắt không?

 Xin lặp lại cho sáng tỏ, cơ quan công lực của Washington DC và FBI đã bắt giữ 120 người gây bạo loạn tại Điện Capitol trong khi số người tuần hành trên dưới 1 triệu.

 Nghĩa là, FBI đã phân biệt rõ ràng ai là những kẻ gây bạo loạn phạm pháp, ai là những người tuần hành ôn hòa tôn trọng pháp luật. Người nào phạm pháp thì chỉ có người ấy chịu trách nhiệm trước pháp luật mà thôi, không có chuyện pháp luật vơ đũa cả nắm!

 FBI cũng không chế ra cái gọi là “tội liên đới” để chụp lên đầu những người tham dự cuộc tuần hành hôm ấy, nếu không thì tất cả đã bị FBI bắt giữ, trong đó có cá nhân người viết bài này.

Về vấn đề Lá Cờ Vàng có mặt trong cuộc tuần hành,  những ai nhân danh bảo vệ Cờ Vàng đã kết án chúng tôi đủ thứ tội lỗi, thiết tưởng quý vị hãy đưa ra bằng chứng rõ ràng, không nên nhắm mắt nói hùa.

Nếu không có bằng chứng mà cứ nhắm mắt nói hùa, thì đây đích thị là phản ứng của bầy đàn  bị kích động!

Meet John Sullivan, The Left-Wing Agitator Arrested And Charged In The Capitol Riot

 John Sullivan is charged for knowingly entering or remaining in any restricted building or grounds without lawful authority, violent entry and disorderly conduct on Capitol grounds, and interfering with law enforcement engaged in the lawful performance of their official duties. (Tooele County Jail )

Now that the fog of war is settling over Washington, D.C., details are emerging from the attack on the Capitol that were not reported correctly in the immediate aftermath—as they rarely are. While news reports were denying that any counter-protesters were involved in the violence at the Capitol, an arrest has been made that shows at least one left-wing activist who actively participated in BLM was involved in leading and encouraging destructive behavior on January 6th.

John Sullivan was arrested and charged in federal court in the District of Columbia with civil disorder, being in a restricted area, and disorderly conduct.

Claiming to have been there only to document the event as a “journalist,” Sullivan told police he was just an observer. There is no record of John Sullivan working for any news outlet. Video taken from Sullivan’s phone shows much more than documenting events. Newsweek reported the story.

Prior to entering the Capitol building, Sullivan can be seen using a microphone to address the crowd outside and yelling “we about to burn this s**t down” before leading the crowd in a chant of “it’s time for a revolution,” FBI Special Agent Matthew Foulger said in an affidavit.

Once inside, Sullivan recorded the moment that 35-year-old Ashli Babbitt was shot and killed by police during the attempt to overthrow the government.

Sullivan also films himself speaking to law enforcement officers inside the Capitol, telling one: “the people have spoken,” and “there are too many people, you gotta stand down, the people out there that tried to do that shit, they got hurt.”

Sullivan was treated like a hero by CNN, “Good Morning America,” and “Rolling Stone.” He describes himself as a BLM activist, but some in the BLM and antifa movement won’t claim him. The Gray Zone blog has an interesting write-up on his protest history. But whether or not BLM or antifa groups embrace him does not change the fact that his political ideology is not conservative in any way.

According to self-described BLM and anti-fascist activists familiar with the 26-year-old Sullivan, he is best known for his propensity for inspiring chaos, engaging in counterproductive tactics that often trigger arrests, and consistently undermining BLM objectives. From Salt Lake City to Portland to Washington , DC , left-wing activists consider him persona non grata.

The slick but scammy content of Sullivan’s Insurgence USA website underscores the reputation he has earned in BLM circles as a grifter. The most extensive section of his site is dedicated to hawking expensive riot gear, including a $45.95 spear tip knife. Sullivan happens to be a former salesman who left his career during the summer of 2020 after winning a racial discrimination settlement.

Sullivan may be best described as an anarchist or nihilist, but those views all reside on the far-left. Categorizing him on the left is accurate. That doesn’t mean he’s a leader in any movement, but it does describe him accurately, based on his public beliefs and actions.

Strangely, Sullivan’s brother is a Trump supporter and activist who was at the rally as well and told The Gray Zone that John is an “agitator” who suffers from mental illness, drug abuse, and is obsessed with fame and social media.

“What he does is he creates hysteria, and he takes these phony videotapes of it, so that’s why he got kicked out of the movement [in Utah ],” James Sullivan said. “They kicked him out because he would he would instigate violence to the point that people would get would get arrested. And then he would get views on Facebook or YouTube… He’s doing it for attention.”

While attempting to paint him as apolitical, the blog reported a friend describing John’s views.

“He’s just angry,” she reflected to me. “And he says it in a lot of his videos – ‘Fuck the system, burn it down.’ He doesn’t think it can be reformed. Like he kind of wants his civil war. He’s a bit of a provocateur and he wants to dismantle the system, and he believes in the value of civil disobedience. And because he is apolitical, I think he feels more a sense of allegiance to anyone who shares that the values of, I guess, chaos.”

Putting aside the fact that nothing Sullivan has done can be described as “civil disobedience,” anarchy is a political view. Anarchists who believe in tearing down institutions and systems are anti-capitalist and flock to the BLM and antifa causes. Attempting at this point to label John Sullivan as anything but left-wing misses the mark. It’s important to understand the political spectrum and where one’s ideology falls. While there is such a thing as right-wing anarchism, Sullivan was trying to join the left-wing anarchists and Marxists all summer long. That should be enough evidence to prove he has left-wing leanings, whether or not the groups wanted him there.

While the media rushes to identify all the troublemakers as Trump supporters, I think the better option is to wait for the charges to come down and then dig into who the culprits are. Right now, we can safely say that John Sullivan should be considered a left-wing provocateur who does not seem to be formally attached to any organization but supports BLM and has nothing to do with Donald Trump or MAGA.

My condolences to CNN and the fake news media.
